I met Giris through a close mutual good friend Eddie Taubman, who
asked him way back in the 90's to watch over me, which he did for many years. Every project he was on he allowed me to help be it labourers, supervisors to AP's.
Giris was a tough, strong, amazingly intelligent man with a satire
sense of humour.  The last one he done to me was my Jag i said he could have it for £50 grand, Mo, belled me and said Giris wants your Jag for £50pound!!! (to be honest its in my garage waiting for a respray.  He honoured his word from the offset an was highly respected by so many.  Commanding a presences that once you met him he was never forgotten.  Giris will be greatly missed by all who knew him, I am so happy i sent him a message "Happy Diwali"  and that afternoon i got one back "Happy Deepawai" i will miss you Giris, thank you for everything from "Wide boy".
