Lunch with Giris at Locanda Locatelli (his local)

In truffle season, when times were good, we would start with white truffle over polenta, followed by white truffle over tagliatelle and finish with a little truffle ice-cream!

I will shave a truffle in Uncle's honour and will think of him every time that I partake of his favourite delicacy.
